Clean plate

Remove people first

Removes the main subject before building the HDRI. A movie gives the best result — VOID rebuilds the real background from the subject's motion. A still falls back to FLUX-Fill inpaint (generated background). Runs on thor.

Light rig (included)

Every HDRI comes back with a matching rig measured out of the map: a key light with direction, strength, colour and shadow softness, plus a rim. Run setup_lights.py in Blender and it builds the lot, each light in its own light group. lights.json has the raw numbers.

GPU Target

Auto — routed to the least-busy available GPU (linuxdev / thor).

Environment plate → seamless 360° equirectangular HDRI (.exr) for image-based lighting, with the key light measured out of it and a Blender rig ready to run.
